This item never came. I emailed your company but have gotten no reply. Now I have to call your number and get this resolved
While the food has been great, customer service has been absolutely dismal. The website is NOT user friendly and I have called and sent emails an NO one has ever responded. I will be more than happy to change the rating once I can actually talk to someone.
